THE COMPANY

Our client is Australia's leader in commercial fit out and refurbishment projects. With a national network of offices and numerous awards for projects completed, they operate over four distinct business units: Commercial, Retail, Hotel and developments. Due to steady growth the Perth office is currently looking for an ambitious Project Manager.

THE ROLE

As The Project Manager you will report to the State Manager and Production Manager and you will be exopected to run one major project or a number of smaller projects simultaneously, ranging from $250K-$15M in size. You will have overall responsibility for the planning, forecasting, managment, co-ordination and cost control of a project and will be involved from the initial conception of the project through to the construction and completion.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE INCLUDE

* Tertiary Qualifications in construction managment or a building related course.

*  Demonstrated experience in timely delivery of high quality commercial projects

*  Previous experience project managing fit-out / refurb projects.

*  Strong leadership skills and financial acumen

*  A trade background and / or experience site managing fit-out / refurbishment projects is a distinct advantage.
