Our client is a leading player in the local construction sector and has branches across the country. They have successfully negotiated several landmark multi-million dollar Design & Construct projects and consistently out-perform their competitors in the top tier of the market.

This is a Senior Project Manager role and your experience and local knowledge will not be overlooked and in recognition of your seniority within the team: you will be invited to negotiate an attarctive salary package inclusive of vehicle, bonuses, company shares and additional incentives.

We are ideally looking for someone with experience in the mid or top tier construction market who can bring relevant experience on large complex projects to this new role.

It is essential that you have project delivery experience on commercial projects valued to $40M and tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent. This is a senior position with a truly dynamic building contractor.
