Permanent Placements

Every candidate is pre-screened by D&C Personnel using the following process:

  • A highly structured Interview with a trained Consultant who will assess the overall quality of the candidate, probe and question in detail on their employment history and accurately determine the personal and career motivators of the candidate.
  • Following the interview the candidates are Reference Screened with at least two of his/hers previous employers. Should you require, a Federal Police Check is also gained at this point.
  • Every candidate is fully briefed on your position to ensure that there is a detailed understanding by the candidate of the role, the company, the career progression, support for professional development and all other areas which will ensure a match between what the candidate wants and what the client can offer.

Exclusive Assignments

We encourage our clients to exclusively use our services, by doing this you decrease cost and increase efficiency. For Example; Let’s say a position is made available and XYZ Building Company calls four recruitment agencies and places an ad themselves in the paper.

As all the agencies are looking to fill the same position and are all fully aware that other companies are also plowing the field of candidates, 100% of resources are NOT committed to placing the position, as each Agency is aware they only have a 25% chance or less of making a placement.

It is a common misconception that by opening the field to as many agencies as possible that it increases the chances of finding a candidate quicker, when in fact especially in Perth as the pool of candidates is finite, using one agency is the most efficient way of finding the right candidate.

By committing exclusively to D&C Personnel to search for your open position we are 100% committed to you.

At D& C the placement rate on an exclusive assignment is lower. If a suitable candidate is not found within our data records we recommend to advertise exclusively for that position, so that only discerning candidates that are genuinely looking for a new position will be attracted. Even with the cost of advertising the final exclusive rate placement fee will still be lower than the standard placement rate.
